Happy New Year 2010! I accidentally found my own blog out of nowhere. Can anyone believe I would totally forgot about it? And my last entry was more than 2 yrs ago! Where did the time fly? Of course, Lots has changed since then. Im now happily married with a kid! Not the other way round, mind you! If you check my last entry, I was preparing for my wedding then. To sum it all up, my wedding in Jakarta was held on 13 Sept 2008; Taiwan was 12 Oct 2008. And we were blessed with the arrival of our son, Royce, on 20 Oct 2009. So there, all proof that it didnt happen the other way round..:)
Like I said most things have changed. I've sacrificed quite a bit just to be married to this hubby. He's a Taiwanese, so obviously, I have to move from Indonesia to Taiwan. Life's so far so good. Pretty monotonous for awhile, until the arrival of Royce..which really kinda fulfill my life and make me busy, although all he does, at the moment, is just crying, eating and sleeping. I know it's going to get tougher from here on, or so I heard and see from my dear sis.
Things have changed but one thing that still remains is the fact that i still love,LOVE travelling. I've Just returned from my make-up honeymoon and really had a blast! We went for a 10-day trip to Italy. It was quite enough as i just gave birth and has travelled only 40 days after that. Why the rush? I know it's our last chance to escape. It was THEN or NEVER.
Will talk about this trip again on another posting.

Travel Plans
I have so much travelling to do next month, i cannot imagine how many hours I'm spending on the plane. Not that I'm complaining, for those who knows me well, I love travelling! What can be more enjoyable than travelling? The plane ride? Good!... Food on the plane? Good!... View from the plane? Excellent! The mileage reward program? Good!...Be it for leisure or business or visiting, you can never go wrong with travelling.=) OK I've to point out though, you will be spending a lot of money while travelling, most of which, i found are totally useless. For e.g, I bought Lots n Lotsa hats during my trip studying in Japan. And when i say lots i meant, the same amount of hats as the days i stayed there. Let's see, it was a one month program, so i should have about 30 hats.! Of course it was a very good idea to buy hats then, why wouldn't it be? Everyone is wearing them, You could block the sun wearing it, you could look extremely cute and Japanese wearing it, and of course the compliments you get and the looks of envy from your classmates make all the purchases seemed worth it, even cheap!
and then the nightmare began when u came back from the 'study'. what am i gonna do with all those hats now? wear them at work? or should i wear them every weekends i go to singapore? I will stick out like a sore thumb, as we all know, (pardon me, my singaporeans friends, or those who pledge themselves to Singapore) , Singaporeans tend to dress a little more casual than other fellowmen from another country. So there they are now, just in my luggage stacked up beyond their original shapes. i like to think of them as pancakes that collect dusts now. *sigh* and mind you this is definitely not part of my collection or hobbies. I guess i am doomed from the very beginning.
Back to my travel plans, I have to spend a few days in jakarta to meet with my wedding planners, simply becos, i haven't chose any of my vendors yet, apart from my make-up Artist. as we all know, on D day. face and gown is most important! ok, plus the groom, of cos. hehe.
Then i have to be in taiwan for about a week or more to have a final look at the interior for the apartment before they start hacking thinsg in there, then i have to meet the designer who is making my gowns (in taiwan you need 3, will elaborate later). then i still need to meet the videographer or photographer for that day. last but not least, i have to set aside time for my sister and My niece, Chloe..=)
Also, at the end of the year, i need to be with my family to celebrate Old and New in Bali.
So i figured this is what my travel schedule will look like in December 2007:
Dec 3-Dec 7 Batam-Jakarta, Jakarta-Batam
Dec 16 Batam-Jakarta
Dec 17-Dec 28 Jakarta-Kaoshiung, Kaoshiung-Jakarta
Dec 28- Jan 4 Jakarta -Bali, Bali-Jakarta
Jan 4 ,2008 Jakarta-Batam
Hmm, that looks pretty set to me. Now all i have to do is A LOT OF PACKINGS. I guess i found one flaw about travelling. Packing. That's my least favorite things to do in the world! To pack and worse to unpack! =( waaahhhh...i miss mom.
That's all for today folks, gotta get back to work and get these tickets issued! =)

Day One
Testing 1, 2, 3. My 1st day using this blog. I dun even know how to use the term 'blog' yet. I guess i will pick it up at later stage of my "blogging". If that even make sense. Anyways, this look like a fun tool to me. I've always wanted to keep a diary . A few reasons why it has always hold me back:
1. No safe place to keep it.
2. Too lazy to write it out. (stresses out my hand too much)
3. If you would only see my handwriting! Thank God someone invented the keyboard, or computers or websites or blogs...arrghh !!!I'll catch up on how to use this term properly real soon!
4. I'm too fascinated with the notebooks that i bought for my so-called "diary", but every time i want to start writing on the 1st page. i changed my mind. The "diary" looks so good that I know my handwriting is going to ruin it, not too mention i always have the hardest time deciding what kind or color pen i should use to write. (OK I've to admit that's the weirdest reason of them all).
Therefore, when one of my best friends, CH, introduced me (as in casually or rather accidentally, since her reason was to ask me to take a look at her scrapbooks that she's done) OK I'm regressing a little here. My question to her is why didn't she tell me about this wonderful blog earlier on? To my knowledge, she's been using this thing since 2005, wait was it 2004? Anyways, I've got her to thank for, for opening up my horizon even more. Thanks CH! I'll be eternally grateful to you!!! =)
